About the role

  • Lead marketing and own programming across the Americas markets
  • Work closely with sales leaders, global peers, and report directly to the VP of Field Marketing and Global Events
  • Craft and execute marketing plans in partnership with stakeholders
  • Provide the 'voice-of-the-field' for constant improvement and innovation
  • Manage the end-to-end lead process in partnership with inside sales and marketing operations
  • Oversee the AMER field marketing budget

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in account-based marketing, managing in-person and virtual events, field marketing, and partner marketing
  • Experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing, targeting enterprise+ organizations
  • Experience building and executing field/geo-specific marketing plan(s) in partnership with sales teams, leadership, and third-parties
  • Experience influencing and/or managing a min. 1MM marketing budget
  • Strong analytical mindset with the desire to measure, analyze, act, and improve marketing programs
  • Great communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Ability to be creative, innovative, and think outside the box
