About the role
- Lead full cycle executive search for VP, SVP, and C Suite roles
- Conduct intake and alignment sessions to define success criteria, competencies, and role requirements
- Build targeted search strategies informed by industry research, benchmarking, and talent mapping
- Develop and manage robust and diverse candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and external partnerships
- Lead candidate engagement, assessment, and evaluation—including structured interviews, competency based assessments, and executive level screening
- Present calibrated, high quality slates and longlists to hiring teams
- Manage candidate experience end to end with professionalism, confidentiality, and precision
- Influence and partner Compensation, and Executive hiring teams through offer strategy, negotiations, and closing
- Cultivate strong internal relationships with senior leaders and cross functional partners
Requirements
- 10+ years of executive or senior level roles ideally spanning VP through C Suite roles
- Expertise in direct sourcing, executive assessment, and competency based interviewing
- Strong understanding of organizational design, executive leveling, and leadership competencies
- Experience advising senior leaders and managing complex, multi stakeholder hiring processes
- Demonstrated ability to build diverse pipelines and leverage inclusive hiring practices
- Excellent communication, consultative, and relationship building skills
