About the role
- Process vendor invoices and conduct employee expense audit reviews
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve related issues
- Audit expense reimbursements for compliance with company policy
- Prepare monthly AP and T&E accruals and reconciliations as assigned
- Communicate effectively with all organizational levels including senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent or related experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience with ERP accounting systems and Travel and Expense platforms (i.e., NetSuite, Concur, Navan, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related accounting applications
