About the role
- Collaborate closely with teams to embrace AI
- Engineer the underlying data sources to support predictive capabilities
- Evaluate AI solutions ensuring responsible and ethical approaches
- Design AI/ML algorithms for predictions and insights
- Collaborate with engineering and BI teams
- Maintain understanding of business KPIs for model relevancy
- Create and maintain dashboards using PowerBI
- Mentor team members on data and analytical projects
Requirements
- Masters or PhD in a field that is emphasized in building and maintaining machine learning models
- 5+ years of work experience in Data Science, building and delivering machine learning / AI algorithms
- Advanced experience with Python, R, SQL
- Experience in working with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Consumption and Operational data
- Experience in building data visualization reports and dashboards for Executives and Stakeholders
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced presentation skills
