- Self-starter with a strong drive to exceed goals and targets
- Extremely comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
- Strong business acumen with the ability to stay focused and professional in fast-paced settings
- Intellectual curiosity paired with grit and persistence
- Previous experience in lead generation, outbound calling, and sales qualification
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft effective sales outreach
- Positive and energetic phone presence with strong listening and verbal communication skills
