Execute day-to-day compensation processes including commission calculations, quota management, and payout processing using compensation management systems (e.g., Qobra, CaptivateIQ, Xactly)
Build and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and identify trends
Assist in compensation plan implementation, create process documentation, and support plan communication and training initiatives
Perform detailed audits of commission calculations, validate data accuracy, and ensure compliance with established processes and procedures
Maintain compensation systems, troubleshoot issues, and support system integrations and data flows
Respond to compensation inquiries from sales teams, provide plan clarifications, and escalate complex issues appropriately
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy through automation and best practices
Assist in ensuring adherence to legal, tax, and labor regulations across multiple markets while maintaining audit trails and documentation
Report to the VP of Revenue Operations and support Sales, Finance, and People teams
Full-time remote position; may require occasional travel for in-person events
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related analytical field
2-3 years of experience in compensation analysis, sales operations, or financial analysis, preferably in high-growth or SaaS environments
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with compensation management software (e.g., Qobra, CaptivateIQ, Xactly)
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analysis tools preferred
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities and ability to work with large datasets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
