About the role

  • Execute day-to-day compensation processes including commission calculations, quota management, and payout processing using compensation management systems (e.g., Qobra, CaptivateIQ, Xactly)
  • Build and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and identify trends
  • Assist in compensation plan implementation, create process documentation, and support plan communication and training initiatives
  • Perform detailed audits of commission calculations, validate data accuracy, and ensure compliance with established processes and procedures
  • Maintain compensation systems, troubleshoot issues, and support system integrations and data flows
  • Respond to compensation inquiries from sales teams, provide plan clarifications, and escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy through automation and best practices
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to legal, tax, and labor regulations across multiple markets while maintaining audit trails and documentation
  • Report to the VP of Revenue Operations and support Sales, Finance, and People teams
  • Full-time remote position; may require occasional travel for in-person events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related analytical field
  • 2-3 years of experience in compensation analysis, sales operations, or financial analysis, preferably in high-growth or SaaS environments
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with compensation management software (e.g., Qobra, CaptivateIQ, Xactly)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analysis tools preferred
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities and ability to work with large datasets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
