About the role

  • Report to the Associate Director, People Operations & Systems
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics to create seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees
  • Process employee transactions and data updates within the HRIS
  • Provide support to employees through the internal ticketing system
  • Update and maintain internal knowledge bases and SOPs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize people-related workflows and improve the employee experience
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity and provide timely support to employees
  • Deliver timely employee support within defined SLAs and maintain high accuracy in employee lifecycle transactions
  • Contribute to self-service initiatives to reduce tickets and keep internal process documentation up to date and actionable

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment (including internships)
  • Previous experience working with an HRIS (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism
  • Problem-solving mindset and comfort with ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
