About the role
- Report to the Associate Director, People Operations & Systems
- Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics to create seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees
- Process employee transactions and data updates within the HRIS
- Provide support to employees through the internal ticketing system
- Update and maintain internal knowledge bases and SOPs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize people-related workflows and improve the employee experience
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and provide timely support to employees
- Deliver timely employee support within defined SLAs and maintain high accuracy in employee lifecycle transactions
- Contribute to self-service initiatives to reduce tickets and keep internal process documentation up to date and actionable
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment (including internships)
- Previous experience working with an HRIS (preferred but not required)
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism
- Problem-solving mindset and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
