About the role
- Develop high-performing creative across marketing channels, with emphasis on B2B organic social and paid advertising such as LinkedIn, display, ABM, and campaign media
- Design across digital and physical formats, including email, paid media, landing pages, print collateral, and sales and brand decks
- Support event and onsite experience design, including signage, environmental graphics, booth assets, and supporting materials for conferences, field events, and activations
- Bring creative ideas to life through execution, ensuring brand consistency and production-ready deliverables across channels
- Serve as a brand steward, evolving the Spring Health visual identity across digital, print, and live experiences
- Design, iterate, and optimize creative based on performance insights, partnering closely with marketing, growth, and demand teams
- Collaborate with content, product, sales, events, and marketing partners to ensure cohesive messaging and visual alignment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a visual or brand designer, including in-house and/or agency roles supporting B2B marketing and events
- Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and execution across B2B ads, organic social, print collateral, event design, landing pages, and web
- Experience designing print-ready files and event assets, with an understanding of production, fabrication, and vendor handoff
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with evolving inputs
- Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design tools
- Strong collaborator who can iterate quickly based on feedback, timelines, and performance signals
- Motion graphics or light animation experience is a plus
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or enterprise environments is a plus
- Proven success developing organic and paid creative for B2B audiences, alongside print and event design work
- Adaptability across formats, from paid ads and web to print, signage, and onsite experiences
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and design consistency
- Ability to balance creative exploration with disciplined application of brand guidelines
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.
