About the role

  • Develop and execute a strategic provider communications plan that aligns with organizational priorities and provider needs
  • Craft clear, engaging, and helpful messages across channels—email, SMS, in-app, and web—to support new features, workflows, and initiatives
  • Create and maintain a centralized communications calendar in partnership with Clinical Operations and Product
  • Tailor content and messaging for distinct provider segments and personas
  • Elevate our provider storytelling strategy with a focus on digestible, informative, and actionable content
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure provider communications are consistent, timely, and aligned with broader engagement goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, or provider engagement, ideally within healthcare or health tech
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills with a portfolio of multi-channel content
  • Experience building segmented communications strategies across varied personas or professional roles
  • Proficiency with tools such as Iterable, Braze or similar for email, SMS, and in-app messaging
  • Highly collaborative with strong project management skills and attention to detail
