About the role
- Support internal and external audits by helping coordinate documentation, timelines, and follow up items
- Own day to day execution of assigned audit and monitoring workstreams within established processes, including documentation, tracking, prioritization, and issue escalation
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to gather information and support compliance reviews
- Maintain organized, audit ready records for assigned activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to senior review
- Monitor quality and oversight reports to ensure regulatory deadlines are met, evaluate trends and risks, and determine when escalation is required
- Identify process gaps and share observations and recommendations with senior team members
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of cross functional experience in a high growth startup and or healthcare systems
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Working understanding of grievance and appeals regulations and their application
- Proven ability to build effective relationships across teams as a self starter
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills
- Demonstrated ability to contribute innovative solutions to complex problems
