About the role
- Manage the intake process for training and enablement requests — triaging needs, scoping projects, and aligning priorities with key stakeholders across Operations.
- Design, develop, evaluate, and maintain compelling, engaging, and scalable eLearning content for onboarding and ongoing training across Operations.
- Manage and maintain the LMS, ensuring courses are properly assigned, completion is tracked, and learning paths are optimized for engagement and performance.
- Serve as the LMS subject matter expert, overseeing course structure, reporting, content governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Co-own the knowledge enablement ecosystem by maintaining and expanding our Guru knowledge base — organizing content, implementing standards, and ensuring knowledge accuracy and accessibility.
- Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to revise, approve, and maintain content that reflects current processes and business needs.
- Track training KPIs and learning analytics to measure impact, identify gaps, and continuously improve the learner experience.
- Support and evolve internal enablement communications to reinforce key learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years experience in instructional design or training
- Strong Knowledge of LMS and content authoring systems is required (Absorb and Articulate Rise preferred)
- Proven track record in translating business needs into scalable and impactful enablement solutions
- The ability, resilience and solution-focused mindset to thrive autonomously in constantly changing and ambiguous hyper-growth environments
- Expert relationship builder with the ability to build a rapport and trust with project stakeholders and senior leadership to achieve results and get projects across the finish line in a remote environment
- Highly organized and can successfully manage multiple work streams across different functions
- Experience in Healthcare is a plus
