Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience as a software engineer
  • At least 3 years of experience with Ruby or similar backend language
  • Preferably at least 3 years of experience working with frontends in React, Typescript and Javascript
  • Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
  • Track record of technical leadership, creating clarity from ambiguity
