About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support to the Senior Business Support Officer, Registered Manager, Team Leaders, and Support Workers
- Present data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end internal and external reporting
- Complete administrative tasks supporting the team to a high standard
- Help deliver a smooth-running service in a busy and evolving environment through collaborative teamwork
- Serve as a warm and welcoming first point of contact for colleagues, parents, and professionals
- Work flexibly around service needs and delivery across on-site and home-based work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Vast experience working in a proactive and reactive office environment
- Business Administration S/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Confidence using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work within a diverse team environment and independently
- Effective written and verbal communication with a range of people
- Ability to take responsibility for a project or task
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload within agreed deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work around service needs and delivery
- Unable to offer sponsorship for this role
