About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and steward a large portfolio of challenge event participants.
- Help participants maximise their fundraising potential.
- Deliver an exceptional supporter journey from registration through to event day and beyond.
- Work closely with fundraising, marketing, and supporter care colleagues.
- Develop meaningful relationships with supporters.
- Provide personalised fundraising advice and encouragement.
- Contribute to the development of the wider challenge events portfolio.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational ability.
- Passion for supporter experience.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
- Motivated to achieve ambitious targets.
