About the role
- Actively manage key account campaigns including trafficking, buying execution, ongoing optimizations, and media planning support
- Launch, track, and optimize the performance of real-time bidding campaigns to ensure goals are met
- Manage campaigns daily and ensure client KPIs are being met across all ongoing media including spend tracking
- Support client services through receiving and testing creative, pacing, delivery, and performance
- Troubleshoot technical serving issues, buying discrepancies, and reporting errors
- Work with the AdOps and Analytics team to analyze campaign performance and create actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Support monthly actualization process
- Pull 3rd party delivery reports and screenshots; identify and assist the Ad Ops manager or director in investigating 3rd party discrepancies
- Communicate campaign problems to the internal Ad Ops team, effectively and proactively offer viable alternatives
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of digital media buying/trading experience
- Solid hands-on understanding of Google Campaign Manager & DSPs, including trafficking, reporting, and basic troubleshooting
- Proficient use of Google Suite tools
- Self-manage tasks to meet deadlines with minimal follow up
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Solid grasp of ad server terminology like impressions, clicks, conversions, CTRs, CPMs, etc.
- Working knowledge of core optimization levers across programmatic.
