About the role

  • Support the reporting and analytics function by coordinating timelines, workflows, and communication across internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of dashboards, reports, and data inputs required for client-facing analytics.
  • Serve as the main connective point between Business Intelligence, Client Services, Data Engineering, and external vendors—driving clarity, structure, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Manage recurring reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc), ensuring deliverables are accurate and on schedule.
  • Lead internal and external status meetings to communicate updates, align priorities, and surface risks.
  • Track incoming data deliveries and identify missing, late, or inconsistent inputs.
  • Maintain organized records of documentation, timelines, KPI definitions, reporting specs, and communication histories.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, reporting operations, or data coordination-ideally in pharma or healthcare media.
  • Strong understanding of media data workflows, reporting processes, and cross-functional analytics delivery.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into simple, actionable summaries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
  • Comfortable navigating discussions involving data, BI requirements, and analytics workflows.
  • Demonstrated success in managing workflows across both technical and non-technical teams.
