About the role
- Architect and design scalable solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and solution designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including delivery leaders, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and solution workshops as needed.
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Maintain governance process documentation and best practices.
- Collaborate with other technical leaders/teams across the organization.
- Develop architecture diagrams, and provide input into data flow diagrams, process flows, and role-based access control (RBAC) models.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and citizen developers.
- Stay current with emerging trends in low-code/no-code development and enterprise architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- 10 years of experience in software architecture and development.
- Proven ability to write comprehensive technical documentation and requirements.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data modeling.
- Experience working in agile environments and using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt to various business models.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
- Experience with one or more of the following platforms: ServiceNow, Salesforce, Pega, Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Background in traditional software development (e.g., JavaScript, Python, .NET)
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
