About the role
- Track and record purchase invoices
- Record bank transactions
- Manage petty cash
- Ensure bank reconciliations
- Process supplier payments
- Reconcile third-party accounts
- Prepare the fixed assets inventory
- Assist with various administrative tasks necessary for the daily operation of the department.
Requirements
- Holder of a Baccalauréat (secondary school diploma) in accounting
- Initial experience focused on general accounting, preferably in the health and social care sector
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
