About the role
- Deliver high-quality engineering for Merch Tech tools impacting GMV/EBITDA.
- Build workflows, APIs, and integrations for merchants (GMV Bridge, Listings, Returns).
- Partner with Design (Antriksh) and SDE2 peer Aditya for execution.
- Demonstrate velocity and ownership; iterate quickly and own end-to-end delivery.
- Cross-collaborate across teams to build scalable, reliable software for Spreetail's ecommerce platform.
Requirements
- This position will be remote in the country of India and will work Monday-Friday during India hours.
- 3–5 years of engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack skills: Python, React, Django frameworks.
- Familiarity with NLP/AI APIs is helpful.
- E-commerce workflow experience is useful.
- Comfortable with fast iteration and end-to-end ownership.
- Desktop/Laptop: 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor.
- At least 4GB RAM.
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system.
- Provide your own dual monitors.
- Strong and stable internet connection (DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection).
- PC Headset.
- High-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
