- Serve as the internal tax authority and strategic partner, advising the Global Controller, CFO, FP&A, and executive leadership on transactions, structuring, and key business initiatives.
- Manage and direct external tax advisors and a small internal team, holding accountability for outcomes while balancing cost, quality, and risk.
- Build scalable tax processes and documentation to support continued growth and future public-company readiness, operating with a strong “act like an owner” mindset.

- 6+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting and/or industry, with demonstrated ownership of complex tax matters.
- Strong technical foundation in U.S. federal, multi-state, and indirect tax (SALT, VAT), with experience across partnership and C-corporation structures and working knowledge of ASC 740.
- Proven experience in tax planning, cross-border structuring, and transaction or growth enablement, supporting business expansion and strategic initiatives.
- Self-directed leader comfortable operating in ambiguity, with strong analytical and communication skills and a track record of managing external advisors while translating tax complexity into clear business insights.
