About the role
- Launch, manage, and optimize all search marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring strategic alignment with overall business goals
- Develop and execute comprehensive search marketing strategies to boost visibility and conversion among marketplace customers
- Collaborate with internal teams (Merchandising, Vendor Management, Pricing) to drive a cohesive brand approach and meet margin and ROI objectives
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance through budget management, bid adjustments, competitive analysis, and detailed performance reporting
- Lead market research, brand strategy development, and stakeholder communication to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
Requirements
- Over 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads with proven success in handling advertising budgets over $1M
- Skilled in organizing, analyzing, and reporting large data sets using tools like Excel and Google Sheets to guide data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with Amazon ad management platforms such as Kenshoo, Pacvue, or Sellics; prior ad agency and marketing degree background are advantageous
- Strong ability to create and present advertising performance reports and actionable insights to both internal and external stakeholders
- Equipped for remote work with a complete home office setup and flexibility to work U.S. business hours (8 AM–5 PM CST) within a fast-paced, diverse environment.
