  • About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our growing Accounting team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing critical areas of the month-end close, customer contract reviews, technical accounting, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate has strong working knowledge of ASC 606, is highly proficient in NetSuite, and thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or technology environment preferred.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606.
  • Experience preparing for and supporting external audits.
  • Proficient in NetSuite; experience with system optimization or automation is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative in improving processes and documenting procedures.
