About the role

  • Take Charge: Own the sales pipeline from start to finish, qualifying leads and closing contracts.
  • Innovate & Optimize: Continuously develop and refine sales and RFP materials.
  • Demo Pro: Conduct product demos and negotiations until the contract is signed.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with product development to enhance Spreadly's offerings.

Requirements

  • Go-Getter Attitude: You're excited to build something new and aren't afraid to dive in.
  • Bilangual Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with French and Dutch being a plus.
  • Problem Solver: Address customer challenges pragmatically and solution-oriented.
  • Experience Counts: Some experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HR or tech.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales metrics.
