About the role
- Take Charge: Own the sales pipeline from start to finish, qualifying leads and closing contracts.
- Innovate & Optimize: Continuously develop and refine sales and RFP materials.
- Demo Pro: Conduct product demos and negotiations until the contract is signed.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product development to enhance Spreadly's offerings.
Requirements
- Go-Getter Attitude: You're excited to build something new and aren't afraid to dive in.
- Bilangual Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with French and Dutch being a plus.
- Problem Solver: Address customer challenges pragmatically and solution-oriented.
- Experience Counts: Some experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HR or tech.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales metrics.
