Responsible for designing, implementing, and operating AI solutions (NLP/LLM/RAG, computer vision, predictive models) integrated into field service journeys (OFS) and corporate systems via OIC, with a focus on business value, reliability, governance, and security.
Discovery and design of AI use cases (prioritization by impact/feasibility, metrics, and ROI).
Modeling/pipelines: feature store, offline/online evaluation, drift and performance monitoring.
Integrations: orchestrate data and services via OIC (REST/SOAP, adapters, mappings, error handling) and integrate AI flows with OFS journeys (scheduling, work orders, events).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher (Computer Science, Engineering).
Hands-on experience with applied AI (NLP/LLM/RAG or predictive models) in production.
Experience with OIC (integrations/orchestrations, error handling, OAuth/JWT authentication).
Experience with OFS (configuration, APIs/events, modeling activities/resources).
REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks; Git and CI/CD.
