About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle, from targeted outbound outreach and initial meetings through to closing and handover
- Build and execute structured account plans for strategic customers
- Run value-based, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
- Develop and deepen relationships with senior decision-makers
- Identify, shape, and realize up- and cross-sell opportunities
- Prepare and deliver focused demos, workshops, and presentations
- Lead commercial and contract negotiations independently
- Maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline with disciplined forecasting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in SaaS, software solutions, or software development/engineering services
- Proven track record in value-based, consultative selling
- Experience selling into complex industrial or mechatronic environments
- Demonstrated success closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline-generation skills
- Consistent quota attainment over multiple years
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
- Structured, analytical approach to work
