Senior Solutions Consultant, Value Engineering

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the entire value process: from identifying relevant value hypotheses and customer profiles within the account strategy, through discovery of pain points and business process analysis, to defining and executing proof-of-value projects and measuring final value with the customer.
- Independently design and implement pilot PoVs.
- Provide coaching and sparring for Account Executives.
- Lead discovery workshops and value assessments.
- Prepare robust business cases.
- Maintain continuous customer presence beyond the sale.
- Feed insights back into product and delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience in enterprise B2B software, in consulting, presales, or value roles, with demonstrable business impact and the ability to communicate persuasively at the executive level.
- Deep domain knowledge in at least one of our core industries: Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Machinery, or a comparable environment with complex technical products.
- Builder mentality and pragmatism in working with modern tools.
- Commercial judgement and strong collaboration with Sales.
- Confident communication at all levels.
- Strength in dealing with ambiguity.
- Willingness to travel.
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
