About the role

  • Build pipeline: Independently perform outbound outreach to target accounts in Automotive, Defense, Manufacturing and Industrial sectors.
  • Execute high-quality, intensive outbound outreach activities (~300+ calls per week) via phone, email and LinkedIn.
  • Tailor outreach to different personas — from engineers and managers to senior leaders.
  • Generate qualified opportunities and ensure smooth handover to Account Executives.
  • Research & Discovery: Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers, initiatives and pain points.
  • Conduct structured initial conversations to uncover needs and link them to SPREAD's value proposition.
  • Build an understanding of technical and organizational structures in complex enterprises.
  • Choose your focus area — e.g., Automotive, Aerospace, Defense or Machinery — and develop your own network and domain expertise there.
  • Processes & Execution: Use Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage activities and data.
  • Maintain the CRM carefully, reliably follow up on all leads and perform regular performance analyses.
  • Analyze results, run tests, iterate — and continuously improve.
  • Learning & Development: Actively use feedback and coaching to constantly refine your approach.
  • Understand SPREAD's product and customer industries well enough to confidently engage with technical decision-makers.
  • Bring energy, discipline and a strong sense of ownership to everything you do.
  • Work closely with Marketing to contribute ICP insights and improve messaging.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales, or strong motivation to enter this field.
  • Fluent in German and English (you will work with OEMs in Germany and the USA).
  • Competitive and resilient — you enjoy challenges, use targets as motivation and stay focused under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented and business-savvy — you understand commercial value and communicate SPREAD's impact authentically and convincingly.

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, ambitious environment where pace and results matter.
  • Bonus: Experience with enterprise customers, AI or engineering software, or a background in manufacturing/industrial technology.
