About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-end leadership of value realization: from identifying relevant value hypotheses and customer profiles within account strategy, through discovery of pain points, analysis of business processes and definition of proof-of-value in opportunities, to measuring value during delivery with our customers
Support Account Executives through coaching and sparring on account strategy and opportunities by identifying the right solution components from SPREADs' portfolio and convincing customers through subject-matter and domain expertise
Plan and lead value assessments and proof-of-value projects; design and conduct demos; facilitate workshops at C-level and present findings and recommendations to executives
Quantify customer value through robust business cases — including ROI and impact hypotheses — and clearly demonstrate how SPREADs Solutions deliver impact across the entire value journey
Work closely with delivery and product teams to ensure new and strategic use cases and customer requirements are captured early on the product roadmap, scaled and sustainably embedded; systematically feed project insights back into platform evolution.
