About the role
- Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle from targeted outbound and first meetings through to closing and handover
- Build and execute structured account plans for strategic customers
- Run value-based, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
- Develop and deepen relationships with senior decision-makers
- Identify, shape, and realize up- and cross-sell opportunities
- Prepare and deliver focused demos, workshops, and presentations
- Lead commercial and contract negotiations independently
- Maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline with disciplined forecasting
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience for SaaS, software solutions, or software development/engineering services
- Proven track record in value-based, consultative sales
- Experience selling into complex industrial or mechatronic environments
- Evidence of successfully closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Strong outbound track record
- Consistent quota attainment over several years
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
- Structured, analytical way of working
