Key Account Manager, 80-100%

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You enjoy personal customer contact and competently manage your accounts, including annual meetings and responsibility for sales and profitability
- You develop and plan the execution of customer-specific measures and activities
- You proactively build new customer relationships
- You prepare reports, customer presentations and proposals
- You independently conduct price and terms negotiations
- Your innovative drive and enthusiasm actively feed into assortment development; you also participate in monitoring and adjusting the product range
- You conduct store checks and are available for flexible assignments at customer events or product tastings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally you have completed commercial vocational training and preferably have further training in sales or business administration
- You bring at least three to five years of professional experience in Key Account Management — ideally in the food industry
- You have already built an active network within Swiss retail and wholesale and are well acquainted with the market structures
- You are passionate about the world of food!
- You communicate confidently in German and, advantageously, have good knowledge of French
