Product Manager

• Lead discovery and ideation for an agentic feature of a recruiter-focused product during Phase 1
• Run lightweight experiments, explore workflows, and translate insights into hypotheses to set direction
• Shift to delivery in Phase 2, working with a part-time designer and two engineers to take concepts from discovery into delivery
• Own prioritisation, break down complex ideas into lean, testable increments, and map user journeys, use cases, and edge cases
• Collaborate daily with the crew to balance ambition with pragmatism and deliver value quickly
• Play a hands-on role in quality control to ensure delivered features are trusted and impactful
• Experiment with AI-augmented workflows and lean practices, shaping how product teams operate with AI
