Implementation Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- What you'll be doing As an Implementation Manager at Spotted Zebra, you'll be many of our customers' first real experience of what we can do - responsible for turning a signed contract into a live, embedded solution that delivers value from day one. This isn't a traditional implementation role. You'll be working with some of the world's leading organisations to implement a fast-evolving product, which means you'll need to confidently navigate ambiguity just as well as you build trust with senior stakeholders. - **Key responsibilities:**
- - Own end-to-end implementation for enterprise clients, managing stakeholder relationships across both customer and internal teams
- - Build and manage implementation plans, mapping out dependencies and keeping all parties accountable to timelines
- - Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, confidently navigating challenges when product timelines and customer expectations don't align
- - Lead commercial conversations with confidence, negotiating effectively and managing difficult situations with professionalism
- - Provide valuable input to information security, AI governance, and supplier onboarding processes as needed
- - Contribute beyond pure implementation - jumping into pitches, RFPs, audits, and other cross-functional priorities as the business demands
- - Work closely with CSMs and Product Managers to ensure a seamless handover and a positive customer experience
- - Continuously feed insights back to the product and leadership teams to help shape and improve the platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must-Haves ✅
- - Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and externally
- - Commercially confident - you're comfortable having difficult conversations and negotiating when needed
- - A genuine startup mindset - adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable delivering something that's still evolving
- - Experience working in a startup or innovation-led environment within a larger organisation
- - Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple work streams and shifting priorities simultaneously
- - Experience in a SaaS implementation or commercial onboarding role within HR tech
- - Enterprise-level implementation experience
- - Willingness to travel for client visits, including potential international travel
- Nice-to-Haves 🌟
- - Experience working on global implementations and navigating the associated challenges
- - Familiarity with AI governance, information security processes, or supplier onboarding requirements
