Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years building software that survives high-traffic production environments.
Highly proficient in Golang, ideally also Python or PHP.
Deep expertise in designing high-throughput REST and gRPC APIs.
Expert-level AWS and infrastructure-as-code.
Designed testing strategies covering Unit, Integration, and E2E automation for distributed environments.
Shipped LLMs into production with understanding prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI outputs evaluation.
Identified, justified, and strategically addressed tech debt.
Deep grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Solid command of English (min. B2).
