Full-stack Engineer

• You lead our software delivery through technical excellence: you own the architecture and technical design, set the quality, security, and release frameworks everything ships through, and act as the technical counterpart to senior architects on the customer side.
• You work AI-native by default, building the agentic workflows that let a small, high-calibre team deliver reliably at scale.
• Own architecture and technical design: decide what to build and how in a regulated environment.
• Design for security and scale: secure-by-design, sound identity and access, and reliable performance under load.
• Set and maintain the technical bar: quality assurance, release and change management, IT security.
• Own verification: the testing strategy and CI gates that prove what ships is correct and on-spec.
• Build practical AI leverage: agentic workflows with the evaluation and guardrail mechanisms that make AI output reliable.
• Be the technical face to customers: engage senior client-side architects in workshops and due diligence.
• Support the growth of the engineers around you through mentoring, code review, and technical guidance.
• Coordinate the team: work allocation, delivery rhythm, and day-to-day execution.

Technical Lead – f/x/m

Backend Engineer

• Build and operate our platform on Google Cloud (BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Scheduler, Artifact Registry, Secret Manager).
• Own Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, plus CI/CD pipelines and clean promotion across dev, test and production.
• Develop backend services in Python, design clean APIs, and integrate with internal and third-party systems.
• Build production data pipelines on BigQuery: partitioning, cost and performance tuning, scheduled queries, batch and streaming workloads.
• Shape a scalable, maintainable platform architecture with clean separation of concerns.
• Work within security and IAM standards suited to regulated financial institutions: GCP IAM, RBAC and SSO, audit logging, Binary Authorization, VPC Service Controls.
