About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the evolution of Spotify's growth marketing technology ecosystem by identifying, implementing, and optimizing tools that enable scalable, high-performing marketing campaigns.
- Take an AI-first approach to improving workflows.
- Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
- Evaluate new marketing technologies, vendors, and emerging AI capabilities.
- Support the delivery of performance marketing initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvements to campaign operations.
- Stay current on trends across marketing technology, AI, and digital advertising.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, growth marketing, or performance marketing within a fast-growing technology company.
- You understand today's marketing technology ecosystem, including customer data platforms, marketing automation platforms, advertising platforms, and measurement solutions.
- Hands-on experience working with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
- Actively use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar assistants to improve productivity.
- Balance technical detail with business outcomes and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams and build strong partnerships to solve complex problems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve.
