About the role
- Maintain and evolve the core user identity model that underpins Spotify experiences
- Deliver on the user identity strategy across R&D by building centralized systems to increase trust in user identity data
- Help ensure the right experience is delivered to customers
- Work on both backend and frontend components of identity and access management systems
- Contribute to highly scalable, highly reliable distributed systems used by Spotify’s 700M+ users
Requirements
- You are an engineer with a high passion for learning and contributing to a highly scalable, highly reliable distributed system
- Keen on working on both backend and frontend
- Already have some experience, but are still at the early stages of your career
- Willing to experiment, iterate, and handle changing requirements
- Proficient in Java
- Comfortable building Web Apps using ReactJS (or other frontend frameworks)
- Collaborative and playful
