About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Financial Systems Analysts
- Own the operational health of Spotify's financial and legal SaaS suite
- Manage and continuously improve the team's operations
- Define and track team KPIs and operational metrics
- Partner with stakeholders to understand evolving requirements
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in financial systems administration or operations
- Deep expertise across ERP and financial SaaS platforms
- Direct experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, or Blackline
- 2+ years of experience managing a team
- Strong operational mindset
- Strong functional knowledge of financial processes
- Working knowledge of SOX frameworks and IT General Controls
- Ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships
- Comfort with ambiguity and translating goals into team priorities
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with leveraging Generative AI (bonus)
- Accounting qualification (CPA or equivalent) or significant accounting experience (bonus)
