About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead multiple engineering squads, supporting strong technical execution and creating clarity across teams.
- Manage and develop Engineering Managers and engineers, helping them grow and do their best work.
- Drive delivery of high-quality, reliable features that improve user engagement and overall app performance.
- Partner closely with Product to shape technical direction, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Balance discovery and delivery, helping teams explore the right solutions while delivering predictably.
- Collaborate with Design and Insights to turn user needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Contribute to broader studio alignment, sharing best practices and improving how we work across teams.
- Support a healthy engineering culture grounded in collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have extensive experience leading engineering teams, including managing other managers.
- You have worked on consumer-facing mobile or web products where performance and user experience matter.
- You are comfortable contributing to system design and technical discussions.
- You know how to balance product ambition with quality and reliable delivery.
- You have experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Insights partners.
- You care about building inclusive, supportive team environments where people can thrive.
- You bring a thoughtful approach to scaling teams and delivering large initiatives.
- You’re motivated by improving the end-user experience and raising the quality bar.
