About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design + Produce: Create, adapt, and refine sales collateral, presentations, digital ads, landing pages, and other marketing materials that communicate Spotify Advertising’s story.
- Collaborate: Work closely with designers, brand strategists, marketers, and cross-functional partners to deliver creative assets that are both on-brand and on-brief.
- Optimize: Ensure all deliverables are production-ready and optimized for digital formats, responsive layouts, and diverse global markets.
- Maintain Brand Excellence: Uphold the Spotify visual identity while exploring new, innovative ways to express the brand across advertising touchpoints.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Balance multiple deadlines while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Contribute to Team Growth: Share knowledge, best practices, and inspiration to help elevate the broader creative team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in production design, graphic design, or visual communication
- fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
- strong understanding of digital formats, responsive design, and file optimization for web and mobile
- exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- team player who thrives on collaboration, feedback, and shared success
- passionate about visual storytelling and brand craft
- comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in a dynamic, creative environment
