About the role
- Collaborate with Music Marketing Managers and cross-functional partners on artist marketing plans
- Work with partners across various teams to create integrated go-to-market plans
- Track success of campaigns across channels and report back
- Oversee artist support across key channels
- Work with Rights & Clearance team for licensing requests
- Assist Operations Manager in creating efficiencies and maintaining budgets
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing or partnerships role within the music or entertainment space
- Highly organized and effective communicator
- Proactive and action oriented; seeks to find solutions
- Curious, creative, unafraid to take calculated risks
- Comfortable with travel when needed for content shoots
- Excellent attention to detail and mix of analytical and creative thinking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
