About the role
- Manage and maintain Music Marketing campaigns and content calendar.
- Synthesize weekly campaign updates for leadership.
- Support operations lead in tracking and managing Music Marketing budget.
- Support Music Marketing Managers on clearance, upload, and go-live for video content.
- Support performance tracking and reporting for content and campaigns.
- Support maintenance of team meeting agendas and scheduling.
- Support additional campaign execution projects as needed.
- Work in tandem with the Music Studios team to grow the franchise portfolio.
Requirements
- At least 1+ years of work experience, preferably in an operations or marketing role within the music or entertainment space.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Base level understanding of both paid and owned marketing channels.
- Curious, creative and unafraid to take calculated risks.
- Mix of both analytical and creative thinking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and finding clarity within ambiguity.
- Passionate about music culture.
