About the role

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or a related field
  • Understanding of the digital media landscape, including programmatic advertising and/or social platforms
  • Ability to facilitate engaging, inclusive sessions tailored to different learning styles
  • Experience building end-to-end training programs, from needs assessment to delivery
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders across teams and levels
  • Clear and supportive communication skills
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects across regions
  • Experience in sales or media buying
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with working proficiency in Portuguese
