About the role
- Partner with sales leaders to shape and deliver training strategies for LATAM teams
- Lead engaging onboarding sessions for new hires
- Collaborate with Product and Business Marketing to enable teams on new ad products
- Design and facilitate interactive workshops
- Assess learning needs and create practical training materials
- Provide coaching for sales team growth
- Measure program effectiveness and improve learning experiences
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or a related field
- Understanding of the digital media landscape, including programmatic advertising and/or social platforms
- Ability to facilitate engaging, inclusive sessions tailored to different learning styles
- Experience building end-to-end training programs, from needs assessment to delivery
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders across teams and levels
- Clear and supportive communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects across regions
- Experience in sales or media buying
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with working proficiency in Portuguese
