About the role
- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to solve complex challenges with data-driven solutions; Analyze large datasets to generate insights that guide product, platform, and business decisions; Define data requirements and support implementation for new product launches; Build scalable solutions to surface key metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools; Design and run experiments to improve user and advertiser outcomes; Write efficient code (SQL, Python, R) for data extraction, analysis, and modeling; Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical partners; Mentor peers while driving projects from scoping to delivery
Requirements
- 4+ years of data science experience; degree in a quantitative field; skilled in SQL, Python or R; experience with large, complex datasets; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, matplotlib); strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and advanced analytics; ability to translate complex ideas for diverse stakeholders; creative problem-solver; collaboration skills
