About the role

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, user researchers, designers, and product managers
  • Define metrics, build dashboards and compose reports
  • Perform exploratory analysis to understand engineer interactions with internal developer platform and tooling
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to key partners

Requirements

  • 4+ years work experience with emphasis on programmatic data analysis, reporting, and visualization/dashboarding with Tableau or similar BI solution
  • Able to communicate technical information clearly
  • Curious and able to explore new domains
  • Experience applying coding skills such as Python, SQL, and/or R to analyze complex data
  • Experience or strong interest in internal developer platforms and tooling, exposure to CI, deployment pipelines, documentation systems, developer education, and generative AI productivity tools
