About the role
- Own the x-channel marketing strategy for self-serve advertiser growth across acquisition, retention and reactivation that drives profitable revenue growth.
- Collaborate with members of the Growth Marketing team, Analytics on test design and optimization of campaigns.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to build and accelerate deployment of growth initiatives and proactively find new opportunities for growth.
- Work with our Paid Media Agency and Growth Paid Media Manager to optimize our testing roadmap and paid campaign strategy including target audience, messaging and channel mix.
- Create data-driven growth initiatives across paid, organic, in-product channels etc. to drive new advertiser sign-ups, and retention and working with the various channel owners for alignment and execution.
- Report on Paid Media and other cross-channel growth initiatives, monitoring key engagement and performance metrics such as CVR, LTV:CAC, ARPA, and Retention Rate.
- Provide insights by customer persona and create an experimentation roadmap to address key customer pain points across the customer journey from consideration to decision to growth and retention.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B performance marketing and lifecycle marketing experience in digital media or advertising, with expertise in both SMB or mid-market audiences.
- 2+ years owning paid media strategy and execution—planning, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across search, social, and emerging high-growth channels.
- Data-driven and analytical performance marketer who can gather meaningful insights to build hypotheses and A/B tests to quickly test, learn, iterate and scale successful high growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling x-channel marketing strategies across paid search, social, organic, CRM, and product globally.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and vendor relationships with discipline and efficiency.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment and deliver high quality output on time and within budget.
- Strong collaborator and ability to influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, Ops, Sales, and Product as an individual contributor.
- Customer centric mindset with a passion for the growth discipline and understanding the customer journey, while staying current on the latest industry trends and best practices.
