About the role

  • Own the quarterly sales incentive program and process.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and Finance to run a successful program.
  • Provide professional guidance on our compensation programs which consist of cash and long term incentives.
  • Work closely with the HRBP's and leads of the business you support and provide them with relevant analytics and insights.
  • In addition to sales programs, lead and support broad-based compensation processes including the annual compensation review, promotion window, pay equity analysis, and many more!
  • Work closely with our Talent Attraction team and provide guidance on offers for new hires and country transfers.
  • Conduct job evaluations and make compensation recommendations for existing Spotify employees.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience from working in a global compensation function.
  • Experience leading, company-wide projects with cross functional teams.
  • Expert at prioritizing and being flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
  • Able to understand the needs of the business and translate into effective compensation strategies and solutions.
  • Able to embrace ambiguity and autonomy.
  • Detailed orientation for numbers and comfort with complex modeling.
  • Able to think in an unexpected way and propose creative solutions to nuanced problems.
  • Good negotiator with analytical skills.
  • Down to earth and a hardworking teammate with high integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expert MS Office user (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Workday or CaptivateIQ experience is a plus!
