About the role
- Own the roadmap for your focus area (POS, Online Ordering, or Reservations), from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Deeply understand the restaurant customer — their workflows, pain points, and the tech stack they rely on.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions.
- Prioritize and define requirements that align with business goals and customer outcomes.
- Partner with third-party vendors and APIs to enhance integrations and ensure stability, reliability, and ease of use.
- Measure success with data — defining KPIs and using insights to guide iteration and future planning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in hospitality tech and identify new opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, ideally in hospitality, restaurant tech, or POS ecosystems.
- Proven success owning the product lifecycle from concept to release.
- Experience working with API-based integrations, ordering systems, or reservations platforms (e.g., Toast, Square, Clover, Tock, OpenTable, Resy, DoorDash, Uber Eats).
- Strong technical understanding — able to communicate effectively with engineers and external partners.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can translate complex needs into clear plans.
- A natural curiosity for the restaurant industry and passion for solving real-world operator challenges.
