💰 £35,000 - £50,000 per year

About the role

  • Work closely with the COO and senior team to drive projects from concept through to installation and operation
  • Coordinate engineers, suppliers and shipyards
  • Build simple and workable project plans
  • Track progress, identify risks early and keep momentum across multiple workstreams
  • Support engineering development, manufacturing builds, grant funded projects and live customer installations
  • Introduce simple tools and structure that improve visibility and speed

Requirements

  • A degree or technical qualification in engineering, marine, manufacturing or a related field
  • 1 to 4 years experience in a project, engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Strong organisational skills and structured thinking
  • Confidence coordinating engineers, suppliers and external partners
  • The ability to turn complex discussions into clear, actionable task lists
  • A proactive, hands on approach and willingness to take ownership
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Marine, shipbuilding or offshore experience is helpful but not essential.
  • Experience in a start up or fast growth business would also be advantageous.
