About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Owning the product strategy and roadmap for SportyBet Mexico, aligned with company growth and revenue goals
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and executing high-impact growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
  • Leading continuous product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and market insights
  • Developing a deep understanding of Mexican user behaviour, local sports culture, payments ecosystem, and regulatory requirements
  • Partnering closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions with speed and rigor
  • Ensuring products are fully compliant with local regulations while remaining competitive in the market
  • Defining, tracking, and optimizing key metrics (OKRs, funnels, cohorts, LTV, retention, conversion)
  • Collaborating with marketing, compliance, operations, and leadership on go-to-market strategies and product positioning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Based in Mexico
  • Fluent in Spanish; strong English communication skills
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager working on Sportsbook or real-money gaming products
  • Strong track record of driving growth through data-driven experimentation and iteration
  • Deep understanding of sportsbook mechanics and betting user journeys
  • Experience working in regulated environments (gaming, fintech, or similar)
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, distributed organization
  • Experience defining and executing OKRs or similar performance frameworks
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort making trade-offs using data
