About the role
- Support the Marketing department by designing and producing visual assets used across marketing campaigns, product launches, and ongoing brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to translate campaign briefs and strategic direction into compelling, production-ready designs delivered on deadline.
- Maintain and help evolve the Salt Strong brand identity across multiple platforms, including ads, landing pages, email, web, and print.
- Develop design concepts and execute original content using appropriate color, typography, imagery, and layout.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
Requirements
- Experience designing conversion-focused assets such as ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and opt-ins
- Strong understanding of digital-first design across web, email, paid media, and social platforms
- Experience creating platform-specific assets for paid media (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
- Email design experience, including mobile-responsive layouts and email-safe design principles
- Web and CMS familiarity (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong photo editing and retouching skills
- Experience maintaining brand consistency across high-volume marketing outputs
