About the role

  • Support the Marketing department by designing and producing visual assets used across marketing campaigns, product launches, and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to translate campaign briefs and strategic direction into compelling, production-ready designs delivered on deadline.
  • Maintain and help evolve the Salt Strong brand identity across multiple platforms, including ads, landing pages, email, web, and print.
  • Develop design concepts and execute original content using appropriate color, typography, imagery, and layout.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.

Requirements

  • Experience designing conversion-focused assets such as ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and opt-ins
  • Strong understanding of digital-first design across web, email, paid media, and social platforms
  • Experience creating platform-specific assets for paid media (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
  • Email design experience, including mobile-responsive layouts and email-safe design principles
  • Web and CMS familiarity (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong photo editing and retouching skills
  • Experience maintaining brand consistency across high-volume marketing outputs
